Oki White Toner Refills and Chips
Oki white toner printers are used
for specialist printing onto textiles such as T-shirts. A white
background is necessary for colours to show brightly on dark garments.
The Oki ES7411WT and C711WT are specially designed to print colour
on top of a white background. The finished transfer paper is then
hot pressed onto the garment. It can also be used for printing onto
other dark items such as mugs and leather jackets. The original
Oki white cartridges are very expensive to buy and a significant
saving is possible by refilling them.
Original White toner for the
Oki ES7411WT
We supply white toner in an 800
gram bag.
This is the original OEM Oki ES7411WT white toner. It gives excellent
results for professional white printing, the same as a new original
cartridge (44318657). It is also compatible with other Oki white
models including the Pro7411WT, C711WT, C920WT, Pro9420WT and ES9420WT
printers. White toner is more expensive to manufacture than the
regular colours, and this is reflected in the high price. With our
bags it is still possible to make a significant saving over the
original cartridges with no difference in print quality.

Following a shortage of supply and without stock from August 2021,
we are pleased to supply it again. The price per gram has increased
by 27%. This is due to higher cost price, poor US dollar exchange
rate and higher shipping costs.

Reset
Chips for Oki ES7411WT
The cartridge has a killer chip.
This is designed to stop refilling and locks out the cartridge when
the supply gets low. It is necessary to replace the chip each time
you refill to reset the cartridge. With the new replacement chip
the cartridge shows 100% full and can be used for another lifetime
without interruptions or warning messages.
We are pleased to make available the first aftermarket replacement
Oki
ES7411WT white chip. You may order in quantities ranging from
a single piece upwards. By purchasing only the quantity you need
you will always be ready to refill with minimal cost when the dreaded
replace cartridge warning appears.
The replacement chips for the other Oki CMYW printers such as the
C920WT and ES9420WT are not available at this time. |

Conversion
of Normal Printers
The toner we supply is universal
to many regular printer models. This enables conversion of normal
printers to white. It can be a good low cost alternative to investing
in a specialist printer.
Colour Printer
The bottle is universal with many
regular Oki colour printer models. It is possible to clean the colour
from a standard colour cartridge and convert it by refilling. The
key is to remove as much of the residual colour as possible to avoid
contamination of the new white. It is also necessary to remove the
residual colour from the imaging drum cartridge. One way to do this
is to keep printing with an empty drum until very little comes out
onto the page. It is not as versatile as a specialist CMYW machine
that can produce bright colours on a dark background.
A lower cost alternative is to convert
a monochrome printer.
.Monochrome Printer
The bottle is compatible with the Samsung ML-1610, Oki B411/431 and Xerox Docuprint P105/205 monochrome machines.
It is also universal with many other Samsung monochrome printer
models. These are low cost machines and easy to refill. It is possible
to convert the black cartridge by cleaning out all the residual
black and refilling. One way to do this is to vacuum out the empty
cartridge, and then print until very little black comes out onto
the page.
A converted monochrome printer is useful for specialist applications,
such as printing onto black paper or card. This can be used for
restaurant menus and graphic art. It is not as versatile as a specialist
CMYW machine that can produce bright colours on a dark background.

Refilling
other Specialist Models
Various other manufacturers have
released special printers for textiles. These include HumanWare,
Uninet, U-Print and SunAngel
Imaging. The bulk bag we supply has not been specifically qualified
for these machines. However we believe that the toner formulation
is similar. It is most likely that you can refill these cartridges
and make a significant saving over the original supplies.
