I felt that I must write to let you know that your firm is the tops.

My order of powders & chip-set for my Dell 1320c arrived on Christmas Eve, and I was dreading the thought of opening my printer up to re-fill the cartridges, but I needn`t have worried. The instructions that came with my order were very simple to follow, very detailed and just right in every way. Just before I phoned for my first order, I did have a look at the cartridges to try and find out how they came apart & believe me, I would never have guessed that the tape holding (or hiding) the cartridges together was in fact tape. To me it looked like the moulding of the thing.

Once I knew how to get it apart the rest was easy. Even a child could have done it. After filling my printer up & inserting the new chips, I started it up and I was away. The print quality was even better than when it had the original cartidges that were supplied by Dell in it. My wife was the first to point this out to me. To prove her wrong, I went to get a picture from when I first had this printer, and she was right. My pictures are now much more vibrant and the colour is 75% sharper. I am chuffed to nuts.

You are right when you say that a little toner goes a long way, this i learned to my expense, not to worry though, I shall soon have the kitchen re-papered after i have cleaned the cooker, sink and drainer up. The next time I re-fill I will use an air duster, and do it inside a black sack or in the garden.

Another thing that impressed me when I placed my first order from you guys is that you didn`t try and sell me things that i didn`t need. This goes a long way with me, especially in this day and age, when other firms are only interested in how much money they can take from you when you place an order with them.

I am a stickler for saying what is what, be it good or bad about things. I can find no fault at all with the services you provide, and I have already told 5 different people about you wonderful people, and I shall definitely be using your services from now on. I am one happy chappie & at the end of my rainbow i found Toner Top-up.

Message WOW!!! Just refilled a couple of carts for my Lexmark C522 colour
laser printer. Initially, I was sceptical, esp as I read nasty things about refilling colour toner carts and did not want to cause any damage to my lovely printer.

Also, I was concerned about print quality. My fears appear to be unfounded. Apart from a slight spillage accident, refilling was easy. And the print quality! BETTER than the original toner I think!!

When I need to replenish, I know I'll have to order some more toner bottles from you chaps!!! I may just order some to keep topped up.

When these are empty I will order more, however I would like to use new grommits each time I refill but I can not see any advertised on your website, can you supply ? or should I look harder in B&Q or somewhere like that?

I just thought I’d drop you a line about the toner we bought from you.

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to refill the cartridges, as I’d somehow always imagined that I would end up with toner everywhere - except inside the cartridge.

If I may offer one suggestion, on your instructions it says to unscrew the grey cap on the cartridge, whereas our cartridges (all Oki originals) have a black bung which is a push fit.

I have only refilled two cartridges, but still have more than half a bottle of toner, so this method works out to be even more economical than I had ever dared to hope.

Thank you for your prompt delivery of the toner, which I received today. The refilling of the cartridges worked out without any problems and the prints look perfect. Just the resistors are left to be replaced - which I will do as soon as I find time and ease (not really a professional in soldering I skipped this task for the time being). However you were the only site indicating and explaining the issue of exchanging resistors with the samsung clp-500, which I found very helpful.

I would just like to say how happy I am with both your product and your service.

I print a quarterly zine for a bull terrier rescue charity so cost is a high consideration.

I was dubious about filling myself but must say it was really easy, although at first the cap was unwilling to come out!! The quality of the print is great, I have used some recycled cartridges before and had quite a few problems with them not working properly, so I am really happy.

Now that I have given it a go I don't think it will be too long before I order more.

Further to my last e-mail yesterday I am now writing to thank you for a great service and a great product!

The toner and kit arrived this morning and I had no trouble making the new filler hole in the old cartridge. The little surprise gift went down a treat and the laser printer works perfectly now it has the new toner in. I love the humour in what you have sent!

Your instructions were superb, but I have a tip which I think you may find helpful for other customers. I use a compressed air blower (the spray canister sort you can get from shops everywhere) to blow the dust out of my computer innards now and then.

I spilled a little toner on my cartridge, but rather than wipe it off I just took it outside and blasted it with the air can, which removed every speck of it even from the little crevices. Easy peasy!

Toner arrived - decanted easily into cartridge, works fine.
 
Odd though, only the Magenta toner ran out - other toners have acres of life left in them
 
I would be delighted to recommend your service to replace the toner in laser printers. We found it difficult to find such a service on the internet, with, certainly nothing available locally, and the cheapest replacement cartridge we found would have cost almost twice as much!

Some months ago, you contacted me asking if I was satisfied with the Epson C1000 toner cartridge refills I had purchased. I have only just replaced the contents of the black cartridge, which has worked admirably. Your instruction leaflet was exemplary (i.e. not translated into English from Chinese by a Latvian). You were indeed correct in your warning about the intransigent and wilful nature of the powder. The garage should only take a matter of weeks to decontaminate (just joking).

Many thanks for your prompt fulfillment of our order, received as promised next day, excellent instructions and tool kit, and the Xante Printer is up and running again after at least three years, because we were no prepared to pay over £200 for a new toner box from Xante at that time. It caused amusement to us trying to work out what the surprise was to take up the two and a half minutes, but greatly appreciated.

I also ordered the chip and that worked beautifully. I say that cos all of a sudden the printer just stopped, again as you mentioned. Firstly, you were the first site out of the several I'd been viewing to have detailed knowledge of my printer - other sites gave the impression I needed a replacement chip for my E320, and I was about to order one from another site, but your site expressly told me I didn't need one. Your business is the only thing which makes using a laser printer viable by the way - if not for tonertopup I'd be messing around with little bottles of ink and syringes and getting psychedelic patterns on the curtains trying to refill inkjet cartridges! Just a quick email to say thanks a lot for your excellent service!

Received the kit today after only ordering yesterday and within 5 minutes the toner cartridge was full again! A test print showed results just as good as a new cartridge! The cartridge also feels slightly heavier than a new one I have here so could well have more toner in it now too! Instructions and tools performed spot on as well!

Refilling the black toner in Samsung CLP310

Hi Paul

I phoned you on 7th July to ask how to refill the black toner cartridge with the kit I'd purchased from you a little while ago,
as I was a little nervous of doing it. After speaking to you, I took the proverbial bull by the horns and filled it, it wasn't empty,
I followed the instructions with the kit and hey presto it works a treat, without the need for a new chip. The print is crisp and
clear, which just goes to show what a good quality toner you supply.

So if you can add this to your site, as feedback, please do so. I'll be back shortly to buy the coloured toners which I'm sure
will be equal in quality to the black toner. Thank you.

Thanks for the toner you supplied to me on the 10th of Jan. It was worth the delivery just for the documentation included. There is no way I would have known that a third of the original capacity of the cartridge was still sitting in it or how to reset the counter. I won't use the toner you supplied until the originals run out now, but I reckon that you have effectively given me 3000 colour pages for the cost of one refill.

Hello Paul,

We have been trading with you for around six years but we have just sent our Canon printer of to its ‘maker’ and replaced it with the Hewlett Packard.

Thanks to TonerTopUp and the expert advice given, several of our old Canon cartridges were still serviceable after more than 8 refills. Your tip to empty the waste chamber certainly did the trick. Ta!

After using the Samsung CLP 620ND for printing football programmes I was a bit dismayed to find new toners were going to cost more than the printer and buying a new printer everytime I needed to replace the toner did not seem to make sense.

Having two sets of cartridges I decided to opt for this refilling route. A quick practise and following the clear instruction had all four cartridges filled in under an hour with my first prints rolling off 15 minutes later.

Hint for the future. Please ensure daughter's clean washing is out of the way of any stray powder. Cost me a couple of tee shirts.

Since remanufactured cartridges gave us fits and the print quality of our OEM cartridge was getting bad, I was considering binning the whole printer and going with a better one. You not only saved the landfill one more gadget, you saved us a load of money! I simply followed the clear instructions you provided, which included melting a hole, filling the cartridge, plugging the hole, and sticking on a new chip, and viola, a full cartridge with plenty of life to serve our business office!
