1. UK Orders

Carriage for small orders (under 1.5kg) is by First Class mail and goods should arrive the day after despatch. Although 90%+ of first class packages reach their destination the day after posting this is not guaranteed. If you wish to be certain to receive your order the next day, then a Special Delivery service is available at a £5 surcharge, from the "Manufacturer: Other, Model: Other" menu in the Product Selector.

For larger orders, over 1.5kg, we generally use a 24 hour carrier service. For offshore areas such as Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands we will use letter post up to 2 kg and above that Parcel Force Standard which takkes about 3 days.

Orders placed before 3 pm will normally go out the same day, unless there is a stock problem and we advise you otherwise.

2. EEC Countries

Carriage for small orders (under 2kg) is by recorded Airsure or International Signed For airmail, and goods arrive between 2 and 5 working days after despatch.

For larger overseas orders we ship as two parcels or use courier or airfreight services.

If your business is tax registered you may enter the number to order without sales tax.

3. Non EEC Countries

Carriage for small orders (under 2kg) is by recorded Airsure or International Signed For airmail, and goods should arrive between 5 and 8 working days after despatch. For larger overseas orders we we ship as two parcels or use courier or airfreight services. Packages may be delayed at customs, and sales tax or import duty may be charged on arrival.
